FIDEO Energy Renovation Bank is a consortium‑based initiative which brings together key actors in the home renovation sector. FIDEO is developing solutions for operators of integrated home renovation services (one-stop shops) targeting deep renovation which are compliant with the quality framework of the SERAFIN network. FIDEO aims to bridge the financial gaps between one-stop shops, banks, public grants and homeowners. The solutions include a full integration with the reporting requirements for banks and investors, white label pre‑financing of public subsidies and direct financing services for renovations.
